The Accommodation

GROUND FLOOR

The main door leads into the kitchen and open plan living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, ceramic hob, integrated fridge and dishwasher. The adjoining utility room has microwave, freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board.

The sitting room has two large feature windows, french doors lead out onto the private patio area.  There are two leather armchairs and a double sofa, a round dining table with seating for six.  A wood burning stove with a basket of logs and kindling provided. 40″ Smart TV with freeview and DVD player, radio and an Apple docking station.

Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

FIRST FLOOR

Main Bedroom with zip and link beds which can be configured to 6′ supering or 3′ twin beds as required.  French doors with Juliet balcony overlooking the town and garden.  Built in wardrobe, dressing table, chest for drawers, coffee table and arm chair.

Second Bedroom with zip and link beds which can be configured to 6′ supering or 3′ twin beds as required. Velux windows, side tables, dressing table and chest of drawers.

A hairdryer is supplied in each bedroom. Duvets and pillows are Hypoallergenic, and bath sheets and hand towels are provided along with guest toiletries.

Family Bathroom with a large double unit shower with rainforest head, bath with hand held shower, basin , shaving point and WC.

Heating is gas central heating throughout the property, with a wood burning stove in the sitting room. Initial basket of logs and kindling is provided.

Wifi and mobile coverage.  Wifi is available and mobile coverage is good with 4G capacity.

Private lockable storage  is available for storing bikes and outdoor gear. There is an adjoining garage to the side of the property which belongs to the owner who will require access at any period.

Garden and grounds. French doors in the open plan sitting room open out onto a raised patio area with views across the town. Patio table with four chairs and gas BBQ. The bordering grounds of the owner is a lovely terraced garden with fruit and veg that is often available when in season. A gate on the patio gives access to a path leading to the bottom of the garden, and 5 – 10 min walk to the town.

Parking is a shared driveway with the owner, with private parking to the front of the coach house for two cars.

Babies and children. A travel cot and high chair are available.

Dogs. Regrettably dogs cannot be accommodated at the Coach House.

A small welcome pack is provided.

Guest Privacy. The Coach House is a completely separate building lying adjacent to the main property but it is not overlooked. While on hand to help with any way, the owners are completely respectful of guest privacy.
