Your data is stored in a secured account. This is password protected, and the computers it is accessed by are password protected and is not shared. If you contact me via Facebook or Instagram these accounts are password protected and accessed either via secured computer or phone. Invoice information is stored in a secured computer. All passwords are changed regularly and are not recorded anywhere.

In order to contract with Ali Halley you must be over 18 years of age. Ali Halley retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All debit/credit card holders and payment accounts are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and/or payment processor. If the issuer of your card and/or payment processor refuses to authorise the payment or does not accept liability against fraudulent use, we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal of an order. We are not responsible for your card issuer, bank or payment account charging you for processing your payment in accordance with your order.

We will only charge you the price stated at the checkout. However, international orders may incur bank fees from your provider. We recommend you contact your bank to confirm whether you may incur a foreign transaction fee prior to purchase. Ali Halley Textiles will not refund any fees charged to your account by your bank.

Delivery

Shipping is within the UK at this time. Please contact me for overseas orders. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail and are tracked.

Royal Mail 2nd Class tracked. 2 - 3 business days.

Royal Mail special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time-scales. However, this is a guideline and delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will not accept responsibility for delays caused by our Couriers or any National postal service. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us by at alihalley.co.uk and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue promptly. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from UK.

If your item arrives damaged please notify me immediately upon receipt and retain all packaging. I will refund or replace as appropriate.

Returns

If your product is within the 28 day returns guarantee period then you can return your order and we will refund the cost (but not the postage), provided the goods are in a saleable condition. All return periods being from the date you receive the goods. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 3 – 10 working days depending on your payment method issuer.
